Please note that as per a revised Executive Order issued by the Governor on June 15, 2021: Effective immediately, all licenses and certificates that would otherwise expire prior to August 15, 2021 are extended until 11:59 p.m. on August 15, 2021, after which time the license or certificate will expire unless renewed prior to that date.

To accommodate the anticipated volume of additional renewal applications by those who have postponed renewing their licenses and certificates, the Board will permit licensees and certificate holders to submit their renewal applications electronically, even if you are submitting your renewal application more than 30 days after it was originally scheduled to expire.

If you have elected to postpone renewing your license or certificate in accordance with the Governor’s previous temporary extension, then you are strongly encouraged to submit a renewal application online as soon as possible, and, at a minimum, at least 30 days prior to the August 15, 2021 deadline.

If it’s not too much trouble, note that the Board is giving restricted face to face long periods of activities and administrations to people in general from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm to permit and additionally testament holders that are more than 365 days past their termination date or that have different worries/issues. Permit as well as authentication holders whose termination dates are in somewhere around 365 days of the authorizing time frame are unequivocally urged to reestablish on-line.

Assuming your permit or confirmation has been non-reestablished or idle for more than one year, if it’s not too much trouble, contact the fitting restorations office through email (see email addresses gave underneath) for direction on the most proficient method to continue with your recharging.

The Maryland Board of Nursing is aware of a potentially fraudulent scheme involving fake notices to licensees, particularly advanced buy nclex nurse license maryland practice nurses, indicating that the Board has taken action to suspend the licensee’s RN license as a result of an investigation into purported violations of federal drug trafficking laws and other CDS laws.  The notice advises that the licensee’s RN license is suspended until further notice and instructs the licensee to submit a surety bond or refundable fee in order to maintain the license.  Please be advised that the Maryland Board of Nursing does not impose or collect a surety bond or any other refundable or advance fee in connection with its disciplinary investigations or hearings.  Any such notice should be considered fraudulent and reported to the Board immediately.  If you receive a notice that is printed on the Maryland Board of Nursing’s letterhead that you believe to be fraudulent, please report it to the Board at the following email address:
